This bird was found by Fionn Moore on January 2nd 2016. The bird was found at Castletownbere, Cork, and it was the 1st record for Ireland if accepted. The bird was seen again on January 3rd, and it was filmed this day by Mike O'Keeffe.

This bird was found by Local-birder Rune Sø Neergaard on November 27th 2009 at Aarhus havn. The bird was refound on December 21st at Aarhus havn, but when it was found at Brabrand sø just west of the town on Febuary 14th 2010 it was remained until Febuary 27th and was twitched. The bird was found again in Aarhus havn on August 27th 2010, and was seen in the area until December 28th. In January 2012 it was found again this time in a park in Aarhus, then it was seen from January 24th until Febuary 11th.

The first video was made by Kent Olsen on November 27th 2009, the next again by Kent Olsen on December 21st 2009. The 3rd video was made by Erik Enevoldsen in Febuary 2010, and the last by Kent Olsen on August 27th 2010.

Top video was filmed by Copenhagen birder Andreas Bruun Kristensen, who flew home from Spain when he heard about the bird. 

The bird was a new to Scandinavia, and first discovered by local Aarhus-birder Rune Sø Neergaard at Aarhus harbour on the 27th. November 2009.
