Monticola saxatilis

This bird was found by Andre Boven in Den Helder on Thursday April 11th 2013, and it keeps Dutch birders and others discussing the ID.
Some features seem odds for Rufous-tailed Rock Thrush, and might indicate either 'Eastern' Blue Rock Thrush or a hybrid. The bird is discussed here.
It was filmed by Luuk Punt (http://vogelpunt.wordpress.com/) on April 13th, and if it is accepted by the Dutch RBC as a RTRT it will be the 13th for Netherlands.
