Oriental Turtle Dove
Streptopelia orientalis
This bird was found by Ulrich Tourbier on December 25th 2005, at Falköping Västergötland. It was a 1cy bird and it was seen until April 19th 2006. The bird returned every winter until the winter of 2008/2009. It was the 14th record in Sweden, and only the 4th identified as ssp. orientalis.
It was filmed by Timo Samanen on January 5th 2006.
