Buff-breasted Sandpiper
Tryngites subruficollis
This adult bird was found on August 31st 2012 at Marazion beach, Cornwall. This is an unusual location for this species and it is quite conceivable that this is a returning bird. The bird was seen at least until September 5th, but it was filmed by John Chapple on September 1st.
